Refund policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales on opened or used items are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened yoni care, skincare, or body care products for health and safety reasons. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund it. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Refund will be issued once produces are returned and inspected if used or opend refund will be DENIED
