These terms apply to your use of kayoniorganics.com and any purchase from Kayoni Organics ("we," "us"). By using this site or buying our products, you agree to them.
1. Our products are cosmetics
Kayoni Organics products are handmade cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not drugs or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, infection, or medical condition, including but not limited to eczema, acne, bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, urinary tract infections, or hair loss. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
2. Not medical advice
All information on this website, in our product descriptions, product finder, social media, and messages is for general information only and is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition or before starting a new product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child.
3. Safe use and allergies
Natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions or sensitivity. Read the full ingredient list before buying. Patch test every product on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Stop using any product immediately if redness, burning, itching, swelling, or other irritation occurs, and seek medical attention if needed. Use products only as directed. Unless a product's directions say otherwise, products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children; use on children only with adult supervision. Ingredients such as turmeric may temporarily tint skin, fabric, or surfaces.
4. Natural variation
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly between batches and from photos. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific result.
5. Assumption of risk
By buying and using our products, you confirm you have read the ingredients, directions, and warnings, and you choose to use the products at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayoni Organics and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any reaction, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or reliance on information on this site. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
7. Orders, shipping and pre-orders
We ship within the United States. In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days; pre-order items typically ship in 5–7 days. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier. If a pre-order will be delayed, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund. Free shipping applies to orders of $45 or more (before taxes, after discounts) on standard shipping. The WELCOME10 code is valid once per customer. We accept card and Cash App payments only. Cash App orders are confirmed once payment is received and may be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours.
8. Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
